  1. It is interesting how right and wrong depend on where you are. I wonder what the consequences are in other countries.

  5. I know everyone hears it and it's everywhere but I overhear stories all the time about teens so drunk that drove home at some point. They tell their stories and I can't believe they could do that knowing the danger. Drunk driving is selfish in my opinion because you're only thinking about yourself-not the other drivers on the road, not your family who loves you, not the kids riding their bikes along the road, or the baby in the backseat. I support the operations that offer designated drivers around holiday times because they are helping to raise awareness and offer safer options for everyone. I wish they were offered all the time...

  6. I think the percentage is high for drunk driving. I think teens should be able to know what is right from wrong. People need to learn to take more responsibility of their actions. Also, I think their should be more decline in their punishment to learn from their mistakes.

  7. When I am watching the news and I see something drunk driving related, it is almost always about a drunk teenager or college student who was the cause of the accident. Not only are they breaking the law by driving while intoxicated, but they are also underage drinking. So technically, they are breaking two laws at the same time. Unfortunately, some people think it is okay to drive under the influence, but what they don't realize is that they are putting the rest of the drivers on the street in danger.

  9. if we had more strict laws like those of other countries, they would be a less chance of car accidents and death. no matter how little alcohol is in your system, it will still affect you in the slightest way.

  10. That is a really smart law in the other countries. Drunk driving is a major problem and has to be taken more seriously. This was good information in your post.
